When trying to assign a license in Connect you get the error: "Choose valid user."
- The user had not yet been added to the site, or
- The user is already assigned a license of this type, or
- The users email address is not being pasted in plain text
1. Under the Users tab in Connect, check that the username/email exists as a user and does not already have a license of the same type assigned.
