- Check whether the "Launch GUI" tick box is ticked in the Transaction script. If the customer is not recording the Launch GUI script, follow the steps in Solution 1
- Check whether the "Launch GUI" tick box is ticked in the Transaction script. If this checkbox is ticked, and Customer is recording the Launch GUI Script, then Form Worker service is missing - follow the steps in Solution 2
- Open the Transaction script in Studio or Transaction client
- Un-tick the "Launch GUI" tick box
- Test/Run the script
1. Download the Form Worker from the Winshuttle Support site
2. Follow the instructions given in the below documentation notes, to deploy the Form Worker
